Schedchie is the cheapest unlimited Telegram scheduler in 2026: €7.99 a month for every channel and group, connected by adding one bot as admin. Start free trial.
This guide is for anyone who wants to schedule Telegram channel posts without paying per channel. It covers how Telegram scheduling actually works, the bot admin-rights setup that trips up most first connections, and what five Telegram schedulers cost at the two footprints most buyers arrive with: 5 accounts and 10 accounts. Every competitor figure below was read on the vendor's own page on October 9, 2026.
The short answer: the cheapest Telegram scheduler in 2026
Pick Schedchie. €7.99 a month, flat — unlimited accounts and unlimited posts. One price covers your main channel, your announcements channel, the community group and the backup channel you keep for when the main one gets reported. There is no per-channel meter, no queue ceiling and no extra charge when you add a second or a tenth Telegram chat.
The rest of the Telegram-capable market prices per channel or per bundle of channels. At 5 channels, Onlypult asks €15.60 a month on monthly billing, Postiz asks $29 a month ($23 billed yearly) and Postly asks $16 a month billed yearly. At 10 channels those become €21.90, $39 ($31 billed yearly) and $32. Publer starts at $5 a month for a single account and prices every account above that through a calculator. Schedchie stays at €7.99 at 5 channels, at 10 channels and at 40.
Telegram is also one of twelve platforms on the same plan: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Google Business Profile and X (posting to X is a €4.99 add-on per 30 posts). The full plan is on the pricing page, and the Telegram details are on the Telegram platform page.
How Telegram channel scheduling works
In 2026, Telegram is still the odd one out among social platforms. There is no "log in with Telegram and grant permissions" screen for channels. A third-party tool cannot post to your channel as you. It posts through a bot, and the bot can only post where a human has added it and given it rights.
That has three consequences a buyer should understand before paying anyone.
The bot is the account. Every Telegram scheduler, Schedchie included, publishes through a Telegram bot. In a channel, the post appears under the channel's name and avatar, so subscribers never see the bot. In a group, the message shows as sent by the bot.
Admin rights are the whole setup. In a channel, only administrators can post. A bot that is a member but not an admin, or an admin with "Post messages" switched off, can do nothing. This is the single most common reason a Telegram connection "works" and then nothing publishes. Groups are looser: an ordinary member can usually post, so a bot added to a group can publish without admin status unless the group restricts members.
Telegram's own scheduler stops at one chat. The Telegram apps let you long-press the send button and pick "Schedule message". That is fine for one channel and a few posts. It does not let you write once for Telegram, Instagram and LinkedIn, it does not show a calendar across chats, and it does not help a second person on your team see what is queued. That is the gap a scheduler fills.
Most tools differ in one place: whose bot you add. Some ask you to create your own bot in @BotFather and paste its token into their dashboard. Schedchie uses one shared Schedchie bot, so your whole job is "add this bot as an admin". You never handle a token, and there is nothing to paste.
Telegram scheduler prices at 5 and 10 accounts
Here is what a real buyer pays at the two footprints that matter, read on each vendor's own pricing page on October 9, 2026. Headline prices for a single channel hide the per-channel rate, so every row is priced at 5 and 10 channels.
| Scheduler | Telegram support | Price at 5 accounts | Price at 10 accounts | How the price scales |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Schedchie | Channels and groups, one shared bot | €7.99/month | €7.99/month | Flat. Unlimited accounts and posts |
| Onlypult | Listed as supported on every plan | €15.60/month (Start, monthly) | €21.90/month (SMM, monthly) | Plan bundles; extra accounts €4.46/month each |
| Postly | Telegram bot publishing; branded bot $8/month add-on | $16/month billed yearly ($192/year) | $32/month billed yearly ($384/year) | $3.20 per channel per month, 5-channel minimum |
| Postiz | Listed among supported channels | $29/month, or $23 billed yearly (Standard) | $39/month, or $31 billed yearly (Team) | Channel bundles: 5, 10, 30, 100 |
| Publer | Channels and groups via Publer Bot | From $5/month for 1 account (Professional); more accounts priced by calculator | Per account; 20% off yearly; every 10th account free | |
Prices verified on October 9, 2026, on each vendor's own pricing or help page. Onlypult figures are its euro prices on monthly billing; Postly publishes its rate as billed yearly.
Two things stand out. First, nobody else in the Telegram-capable group is flat. Onlypult is the cheapest of the metered tools at 10 accounts, and it still costs €21.90 a month, nearly three times €7.99. Second, the yearly-only quotes understate what monthly buyers pay. Postly's $3.20 rate is the yearly-billed figure, so a monthly buyer pays more than the $16 and $32 shown.
For the full market, including the tools that do not carry Telegram at all, the 2026 social media scheduler pricing index lists 25 schedulers by entry price and by what 10 profiles really cost. If price is the deciding factor, the guide to the cheapest social media schedulers covers the same ground across every platform.
The five Telegram schedulers, one by one
1. Schedchie: the cheapest unlimited Telegram scheduler
Schedchie costs €7.99 a month for unlimited accounts and unlimited posts across twelve platforms, Telegram included. Channels, groups and supergroups all connect through the same Schedchie bot, with no BotFather step and no token to paste. Posts carry text up to 4,096 characters, or a caption up to 1,024 characters when media is attached, plus photos up to 10 MB, videos up to 50 MB and albums of up to 10 files.
Telegram-specific options sit in the composer: plain text, HTML or MarkdownV2 formatting, a "send silently" switch so subscribers get no notification sound, and a toggle to hide link previews. Analytics reports a channel's member count and the reactions on your posts. If someone removes the bot from a chat, the account is flagged for reconnection in Schedchie instead of silently failing at the next scheduled time.
Teams that need approvals before anything reaches a channel can move to the Team plan at €24.99 a month, with three seats, approvals and client review links. The teams page has the details. Both plans start with a 14-day trial.
2. Onlypult
Onlypult lists Telegram as a supported network on every plan, alongside Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others. Its Start plan is €15.60 a month on monthly billing for 5 accounts, or €109.20 a year. The SMM plan is €21.90 a month for 10 accounts, or €153.30 a year. Extra accounts cost €4.46 a month each, and the Agency plan is €40.60 a month for 25 accounts. There is a 7-day trial.
On price per channel, Onlypult is the closest metered rival. At 10 channels it still costs €13.91 a month more than Schedchie, which is €166.92 over a year.
3. Postly
Postly publishes to Telegram channels and groups through a bot. Its Pro plan is priced per channel: $3.20 per channel per month billed yearly for the first 10 channels, with a 5-channel minimum, so $16 a month ($192 a year) at 5 and $32 a month ($384 a year) at 10. A "Custom Telegram Bot" add-on, $8 a month billed yearly ($96 a year), lets the posts come from your own branded bot.
Postly's per-channel rate drops above 10 channels, but at the footprint most buyers start with, it is $16 to $32 a month against €7.99 flat.
4. Postiz
Postiz lists Telegram among 30+ supported channels. Its Standard plan is $29 a month, or $23 billed yearly, for 5 channels. The Team plan is $39 a month, or $31 billed yearly, for 10 channels. Pro is $49 a month for 30 channels and Ultimate is $99 a month for 100. Posts are unlimited on every plan, and there is a 7-day trial.
Postiz is channel-bundled: the price is set by how many channels you connect, so growing from 5 to 6 Telegram chats moves you up a plan. On Schedchie, the sixth chat costs nothing.
5. Publer
Publer supports Telegram channels and groups through its own bot, Publer Bot. Its help centre describes the setup: make Publer Bot an admin, copy the channel's username or invite link, then paste it into Publer. It can schedule text, links, single and multi-photo posts of up to 10 images, videos and GIFs.
The Professional plan starts at $5 a month for 1 social account and Business at $10 a month for 1 account. Above one account, the price comes from a calculator on Publer's plans page, with yearly billing 20% cheaper and every 10th account free. Publer does not publish fixed figures for 5 or 10 accounts in a form we can quote, but the structure is per account, so the bill rises with every channel. Our Schedchie vs Publer comparison covers the rest.
Tools that do not list Telegram
Several schedulers buyers shortlist for other networks do not carry Telegram. On October 9, 2026, Vista Social's pricing page listed its supported networks without Telegram, starting at $99 a month for 15 profiles, and SocialBu's pricing page did the same, starting at $29 a month for up to 8 accounts. If Telegram is on your list, check the network list before you check the price. Our Vista Social alternatives guide covers the switch for teams leaving it, and the alternatives hub covers the rest.
How to connect a Telegram channel to Schedchie: bot admin rights, step by step
This is the setup most Telegram buyers ask about first. Here is the exact sequence, matching what the Schedchie bot does at each step.
- Start the connection in Schedchie. In your dashboard, open the account group the channel should belong to and click Connect on Telegram. Schedchie creates a one-time link to the Schedchie bot. The link is valid for two hours, so you can finish the setup on your phone.
- Press Start in Telegram. The link opens a chat with the Schedchie bot. Pressing Start ties your Telegram account to your Schedchie workspace. The bot replies "Connected to Schedchie" and shows two buttons: "Add me to a channel" and "Add me to a group".
- Add the bot to your channel or group. Tap the button that matches where you want to post and pick the chat. Telegram opens its own add-admin screen with the rights Schedchie asks for already requested: Post messages, Edit messages and Delete messages. Nothing else is requested.
- Keep "Post messages" switched on. This is the right that matters in a channel. If you add the bot as an admin with it switched off, the bot messages you in Telegram with the fix: open the channel's administrators list, find the bot and turn on "Post messages".
- Use the same Telegram account throughout. Schedchie matches the chat to your workspace by who added the bot. Add it from the Telegram account that pressed Start. If someone else adds it, the bot tells them to start from the Connect button in Schedchie first.
- Check the dashboard. As soon as Telegram confirms the bot's rights, the channel appears in the account group you were connecting, straight away, with no refresh step. Repeat step 3 for each further channel or group while the link is valid.
- Write and schedule. Compose once, select Telegram alongside any other accounts, set Telegram's formatting and silent-send options if you want them, and pick a time. Schedchie publishes at that time through the bot.
Two edge cases are worth knowing. For a group, the bot only needs to be able to post, so a group member account works unless the group restricts members. For a private chat with the bot itself, nothing is connected: Schedchie only posts to channels and groups. And if anyone later removes the bot or demotes it, Schedchie marks the account as needing a reconnect and tells you why, so the gap shows up in the dashboard rather than as a missing post.
What Schedchie publishes to Telegram
Telegram's own limits are stricter than they look. These are the limits Schedchie applies to every Telegram post.
- Text-only posts: up to 4,096 characters, sent as a normal message, with an option to hide the link preview.
- Posts with media: the caption drops to 1,024 characters. The same text can be legal without a photo and rejected with one, so Schedchie applies the right limit for each case.
- Photos: up to 10 MB each, any aspect ratio. Schedchie uploads the file itself rather than handing Telegram a link, which is what allows 10 MB instead of the 5 MB Telegram allows for linked photos.
- Videos: up to 50 MB each, uploaded the same way (Telegram allows only 20 MB for linked video).
- Albums: up to 10 photos and videos in one post.
- Formatting: plain text, HTML or MarkdownV2. Plain text is the safe default, because Telegram rejects a whole post over one unescaped character in the other two modes.
- Silent posts: one switch sends the post without a notification sound, useful for late-night or low-priority updates.
If Telegram rate-limits the bot during a busy minute, the post is retried rather than dropped. Telegram analytics in Schedchie covers your channel's member count and the reactions on your published posts, next to the other platforms in the same report.
Telegram next to the other eleven platforms
Most Telegram channels are not the only place a brand posts. A shop announces a drop on Telegram, Instagram and Facebook. A newsletter writer posts on Telegram, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Threads. A local business needs Telegram plus Google Business Profile. On per-channel pricing, every one of those accounts is another line on the bill. Take a shop with 3 Telegram channels plus Instagram, Facebook and TikTok: 6 accounts. On October 9, 2026, that was €20.06 a month on Onlypult (€15.60 for Start plus €4.46 for the sixth account), $39 a month on Postiz, because its $29 Standard plan stops at 5 channels, and €7.99 on Schedchie.
On Schedchie, all twelve platforms sit on the same €7.99 plan: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Google Business Profile and X (posting to X is a €4.99 add-on per 30 posts). You write a post once, adjust the Telegram caption if it runs past 1,024 characters, and send it everywhere from one calendar.
If your audience overlaps with the open web, our guides to the best Mastodon schedulers in 2026 and the best Bluesky schedulers apply the same 5-and-10-account pricing test, and the Mastodon and Bluesky platform pages show what each connection carries. For volume, the list of schedulers with unlimited posts shows which tools cap the queue.
If you run your channels from an AI assistant, Schedchie's opt-in MCP server at mcp.schedchie.com exposes 60 tools to Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients, including scheduling to Telegram. The AI page explains the setup, and our MCP server comparison sets it beside the alternatives. The dashboard works the same either way.
Who needs a Telegram scheduler, and what to check before you buy
A Telegram scheduler earns its keep once you run more than one chat or post to Telegram alongside other networks. Typical buyers: crypto and trading channels that post at fixed market times, news and deals channels with a dozen posts a day, creators who mirror their Instagram and YouTube uploads to a Telegram channel, and agencies that run channels for clients.
Before you pay anyone, check four things.
- Price at your real channel count. Count every channel and group, plus every other social account you will connect. Then price that number, not the single-channel headline. The table above does it for 5 and 10.
- Billing period. A yearly-billed rate quoted as monthly is the most common way a price looks smaller than it is. Schedchie's €7.99 is the monthly price.
- Whose bot. A shared bot means no token handling. A bring-your-own-bot setup means a @BotFather step and a token in a text box, which some teams prefer for branding and others avoid.
- Media limits. If you post video, check the per-file size the tool can send. Schedchie sends up to 50 MB per video by uploading the file directly.
If you are still deciding between a free tool and a paid one, the list of schedulers that still have a free plan in 2026 shows what free tiers cap, and the Schedchie vs Buffer page shows how per-channel pricing compares with a flat plan across all platforms.
FAQ
Which cheap Telegram scheduler covers unlimited channels in 2026?
For more than one channel, Schedchie is the cheap Telegram scheduler to beat: €7.99 a month flat for unlimited Telegram channels and groups, unlimited posts and eleven other platforms. On October 9, 2026, the next cheapest at 10 accounts was Onlypult at €21.90 a month on monthly billing. Publer starts lower, at $5 a month, but that covers a single account.
How do I schedule Telegram channel posts?
Connect the channel by adding the scheduler's bot as an administrator with "Post messages" switched on, then compose the post and pick a time. In Schedchie, click Connect on Telegram, press Start in the bot chat, use "Add me to a channel", and the channel appears in your dashboard straight away. The Telegram app's own "Schedule message" option also works for a single chat.
Why does my Telegram bot need admin rights?
In a Telegram channel, only administrators can post. A scheduler's bot needs to be an admin with "Post messages" enabled, or nothing it sends will publish. Schedchie also requests Edit messages and Delete messages, and nothing else. In a group, the bot can post as an ordinary member unless the group restricts members.
Do I need to create my own bot with BotFather?
Not on Schedchie. Every customer uses the same Schedchie bot, so there is no @BotFather step and no token to paste or protect. Some other tools, Postly among them, offer a custom branded bot as an add-on.
Is Telegram included in the €7.99 plan?
Yes. Telegram is one of twelve platforms on the €7.99 plan, with unlimited channels, groups and posts. The only paid extra on the plan is X, where posting is a €4.99 add-on per 30 posts.
