The caption limit is stated up front
Telegram allows 4,096 characters in a message but only 1,024 once you attach media. The counter switches the moment you add a photo, instead of failing at publish.
No token to paste
you add our bot to your channel from inside Telegram. There is no API key to generate and no credential of yours for us to hold.
Channels and groups
both work. Posts to a channel appear from the channel itself.
Formatting when you want it
plain text by default, with HTML or MarkdownV2 available. The editor warns that one unescaped character makes Telegram reject the whole message.
Missing permissions are named
a bot added as an admin without "Post messages" is the usual way this breaks. Schedchie says so at connect time rather than at publish time.
Nothing to renew
there is no per-account token, so a Telegram channel cannot expire or need reconnecting.
One bot, every channel
Add the bot once per channel and they all appear together. From then on Telegram is another row in the same weekly batch, with its own text where you want it.
Telegram analytics
Not covered. Telegram’s Bot API reports no post statistics, so there are no numbers to show and we do not invent them.

Do I need to create my own bot?
No. You add the Schedchie bot to your channel as an admin. There is nothing to generate and no token to paste.
Why can I post 4,096 characters sometimes and 1,024 other times?
That is Telegram’s rule: a plain message allows 4,096, but attaching a photo or video makes the text a caption, capped at 1,024. The editor switches the counter when you add media.
Can Schedchie post to a Telegram group?
Yes. Channels and groups both work, though a group post appears from the bot rather than from the group.
Does the connection expire?
No. Telegram has no per-account token, so nothing needs renewing. It stops only if the bot is removed from the chat.
