Platform

Mastodon and Telegram

  • Mastodon works on any server. Enter your instance address and Schedchie reads that server’s own character limit — 500 on mastodon.social, 1000 on mas.to, higher on some — and counts against it, instead of assuming 500 and refusing posts your server would have taken.
  • Statuses with up to four images or a video, polls, content warnings that publish collapsed, alt text, and all four visibilities: public, unlisted, followers-only and direct.
  • Telegram posts to your channels and groups. You add the Schedchie bot as an admin from inside Telegram — there is no API key to generate and no credential of yours for us to hold.
  • Messages up to 4,096 characters, albums of up to ten photos and videos, and silent delivery. The editor switches the counter to 1,024 the moment you attach media, because that is Telegram’s caption limit and nothing in Telegram warns you about it.
  • Both are included in the flat €7.99. That makes eleven platforms.
New

Schedule a video off your own phone, from any AI assistant

  • Ask an assistant to post a video and it gives you an upload link. Open it on whichever device holds the file, pick the video, and it goes straight to Schedchie — up to the same 200 MB and 15 minutes the app takes.
  • The file never travels through the conversation, so nothing is capped by the assistant or re-encoded on the way.
  • Clients that render in-chat apps show a file picker in the message. Every other client gets the link, so this works everywhere today.
  • An interrupted upload picks up where it stopped.
  • The assistant confirms the file has landed before it schedules anything, and 52 actions are now available over a connection.
New

Connect Schedchie to Claude, ChatGPT and your editor

  • Schedchie connects to Claude, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code over the Model Context Protocol, at mcp.schedchie.com. Copy the endpoint, add it, sign in.
  • 48 actions are available over a connection: schedule, reschedule, edit and approve posts, manage account groups, presets and notes, and read your analytics.
  • You choose what each connection can reach when you sign in.
  • Give a connection a link to an image or video and it lands in your library, up to the same 200 MB the app takes.
Platform

Per-platform handling, stated before you schedule

  • Instagram: images outside the 4:5 to 1.91:1 range Instagram accepts are fitted to the frame, with the edges filled from a blurred copy of your own image, so the full picture is kept. Other platforms receive your original file. The composer shows the dimensions, the resulting ratio and which edges are filled before you schedule.
  • YouTube: the composer states whether a video will be filed as a Short, measured from the file you uploaded.
  • Threads: carousels take images and video together, up to 10 items, with carousel videos from 1 second to 5 minutes.
  • Facebook: two to ten images publish as a carousel with all of them.
Core

Per-platform composing, checked as you write

  • The preview shows the post exactly as each platform will receive it: per-platform text, hashtags, media selection and media order, all the way through to publishing.
  • Each platform's own rules are checked while you write, covering caption lengths, YouTube tag budgets, Threads character counts, and video length and file size up to 200 MB and 15 minutes.
  • Videos are prepared to each platform's technical requirements on the way in: frame rate, resolution, audio layout and colour handling.
  • The X (Twitter) add-on shows your remaining post balance in the composer while you schedule, and top-ups take effect straight away.
New

Recurring posts, bulk scheduling, video covers and drafts

  • Recurring posts: repeat any post daily, weekly or monthly, up to 52 occurrences. Each occurrence is created as the previous one goes out, and the media stays attached for the whole series.
  • Bulk scheduling: bring a spreadsheet with date and time, text, media filenames and titles, upload the media alongside it, check the preview table row by row, and schedule the lot in one go.
  • Custom video covers: upload a cover image for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest, or scrub the video and pick the exact frame for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Drafts: the composer keeps what you have written and offers to pick it up next time you open it.
New

Analytics for eight platform surfaces, one layout

  • Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn profiles, LinkedIn Pages, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky, each in the same panel with the same stat tiles.
  • Per-post numbers sit next to the account totals: likes, comments, reposts, saves, clicks and views, with engagement rate calculated from each platform's own figures.
  • Sparkline trend lines on the headline metrics, built from a daily reading per account.
  • Live posts sit inside Analytics.
New

Team workspaces, post approvals and client review links

  • Invite teammates into your workspace. Their account is free, with three seats on the Team plan and ten on Enterprise and no per-seat fees, and each member sees only the account groups you give them.
  • Post approvals: hold a member's posts until you have looked at them. You see the full post, text, media and target accounts, then approve, edit and approve, reschedule inline, or send it back with a note. The note appears on the member's calendar and they resubmit from there.
  • Client review links: send a link and your client approves upcoming posts or asks for changes in the browser, with no account of their own. You get an email when they ask for changes.
  • Activity view: who scheduled, published, approved or rejected over the last 30 days, per person.
Core

Every post, account by account

  • Every post shows its outcome for each account it targeted, in the list card and in the post detail, with Edit and Retry on the post itself.
  • Edit any post that has not gone out yet: text, media, target accounts and time.
  • A post going to several platforms publishes to all of them at once.
Performance

Long video, at full length

  • Videos up to 200 MB and 15 minutes long are accepted and processed for you.
  • Video is processed at up to 1920 pixels wide, visually matching the file you uploaded.
  • Uploads carry on in the background at any file size, so you can keep working while they transfer.
  • Change the date and time from the final summary step.
New

Presets for your platform defaults

  • Save your per-platform settings, such as TikTok privacy, YouTube category and visibility and the Pinterest board, as a named preset.
  • Mark one preset active and every new post opens with those defaults already filled in.
  • Keep presets global, or scope one to a single account group so each brand carries its own defaults. A group preset takes precedence over the global one.
  • Switch presets, clear a single platform's defaults, or turn a preset off, all from one place.
Improved

A denser calendar, and groups that move with you

  • Month, week and day views on the calendar, with dense, readable entries and a hover bar on any day to see what is scheduled or add a post right there.
  • Every entry carries its platform icon and its current state, colour-coded the same way across calendar and list views.
  • Move an account from one group to another and its scheduled posts move with it, exactly as they were.
  • Before you disconnect an account, Schedchie tells you how many scheduled posts use it. Reconnect and the schedule picks up where it was.
Platform

Deeper control on each platform

  • Pinterest: choose a board section as well as a board. Sections load from your account the moment you pick the board.
  • Instagram: your media decides what you can pick. One video is a Reel or a Story, one image a post or a Story, two to ten images a carousel.
  • Facebook video posts publish at the size you uploaded, and long YouTube uploads carry on in the background.
Improved

Scheduling controls and account settings

  • Pick the exact time in the scheduler. Choose 12-hour or 24-hour once in settings and every time in the app follows it.
  • Move a scheduled post to a new date and time from the calendar.
  • Sign up with an email address or with Google, and get a welcome message with what you need to start.
New

See the post before you send it

  • Live previews for every platform, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and X with the add-on, drawn from your real text and media as you write.
  • Media uploads run in the background, so you can attach a full-size video and carry on editing while it transfers.
  • Decide which media each platform gets, drag to set the order, and add media that only one platform receives.
  • Limits are shown as you type: 100 characters for a YouTube title, 3,000 for LinkedIn, 500 for Threads, 300 for Bluesky, 280 for X, plus each platform's media size and format rules. A preview button shows the same thing at phone size.
Platform

X (Twitter) posting, as an add-on

  • X (Twitter) publishing is available as an add-on: €4.99 for 30 posts, valid 30 days. Buy more than one batch and they stack.
  • Connect and disconnect X accounts from the accounts screen, the same way as every other network.
  • An X composer with text, media and advanced settings, checked against the network's own limits before you schedule.
  • Your add-on balance is on screen: posts remaining, and when each batch runs out.
New

A live view for LinkedIn, and notes beside your schedule

  • A live view for LinkedIn: your published posts with their reactions and comments, and you can comment or reply without leaving Schedchie.
  • Organization-wide LinkedIn analytics, with aggregate figures across a company page plus per-post detail including video thumbnail and duration.
  • Notes: keep briefs, ideas and copy in the dashboard, with tags and filtering.
  • Instagram, Threads, TikTok and LinkedIn connections stay signed in in the background, so your schedule keeps publishing.
Improved

Composing that follows each network's rules

  • Threads and TikTok composing follows each network's own rules, covering hashtag handling, text limits, image orientation and size, applied before you schedule.
  • Change or cancel your plan from settings.
Platform

LinkedIn in full: organizations, polls, documents, analytics

  • Schedule to LinkedIn company pages as well as personal profiles, and choose the audience and feed distribution for each post.
  • Seven LinkedIn post types in the composer: text, link, article, image, video, poll and document, with alt text and reshare control.
  • LinkedIn analytics for personal profiles and organizations, in the dashboard.
  • Bluesky images are sized to the network's own limit automatically, and TikTok's content-disclosure control sits in the composer so posts meet TikTok's labelling rules.
Core

Video ready for each network

  • Video is converted to each network's accepted format inside the composer, before it is scheduled.
  • Large photo and video files are handled end to end, from upload through preview to publishing.
New

A dashboard built around your calendar

  • Calendar and list views of everything you have scheduled. Click any post to open its full detail, edit it, or move it to another time.
  • Per-platform composing. Write once, then tailor the text, media and options for each network before the post goes out.
  • Set the exact time a post publishes, down to the minute.
  • A dedicated account groups screen showing every connected account and its connection status at a glance.
Platform

Bluesky and Threads join the calendar

  • Bluesky publishing, for text posts and video.
  • Threads publishing. Seven networks now publish from one calendar: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky.
  • Facebook posts can carry a location. Search for the place while you compose and it goes out attached to the post.
  • Connect an Instagram business account on its own, without going through a Facebook Page first. Pick a plan and confirm on one screen, and the free trial runs 14 days.
Platform

Pinterest, Instagram Reels and Stories, hashtag tools

  • Pinterest publishing, with the destination board chosen per post.
  • Instagram: pick Feed post, Reel, Carousel or Story for each account, each with the right media rules applied.
  • Hashtag manager: paste a block of tags and Schedchie tidies them, drops duplicates, and counts them against each network's limit as you type.
  • The dashboard works on a phone or tablet. Composer, calendar and per-platform panels all reflow.
Performance

Large video, handled off your machine

  • Upload a large video once and every account in the post publishes that same file.
  • Every file is checked against each network's own rules, covering format, size, length and resolution, before you schedule, with the exact requirement shown when a different file is needed.
  • Scheduling and publishing run in the background, so you can keep working while a heavy post uploads.
New

Four networks, and a composer tuned to each

  • Publishing to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Per-platform composer: write the post once, then tune the caption, title, privacy and platform settings separately for each destination. A summary view shows every version side by side before you schedule.
  • Day, week and month views on the calendar. Open any scheduled post to change the content or move the time.
  • Plans, checkout and subscription management, all handled in settings.
Core
