Schedchie in ChatGPTChat

ChatGPT writes the posts. Schedchie publishes them.

ChatGPT connects to Schedchie’s MCP server at mcp.schedchie.com/mcp and gets 14 tools for the accounts in your workspace. Schedchie is a flat-price social media scheduler for 20 platforms: Pro is €9.99 a month, with MCP included.

  • The server URL goes into ChatGPT; the sign-in happens on the Schedchie screen in your browser. No token to paste.
  • At sign-in you tick which of the six permission groups it gets. Unticked tools do not exist on that connection.
  • Schedchie publishes to the accounts in your workspace: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Google Business Profile, Discord, Slack, WordPress, Dev.to, Hashnode, Ghost, Pixelfed, Listmonk and X. Posting to X is paid in X credits.

Setting up ChatGPT

Add Schedchie to ChatGPT as a custom MCP plugin and sign in once. Any chat can then use the plugin’s 14 tools, from schedule_post and edit_post to retry_post, on your connected accounts.

Requirements

Plans

Connection details

Same MCP server, permission groups and approvals as the Schedchie web app.

Where
Plugins in ChatGPT on the web: the + button, then Add custom MCP server. The Server URL goes under Connection.
Sign-in
OAuth with no client credentials: ChatGPT registers itself with Schedchie. You install the plugin from your personal plugins and tick the groups it may use on our screen.
Write actions
ChatGPT asks you to confirm each write action, such as scheduling a post, by default.
Tools
14: your profile and accounts, list, read, schedule, edit, retry and delete posts, media from a link, two analytics reads, and approvals.
Why not all of them
ChatGPT gives a plugin a small budget for tool descriptions and shows no tools at all when a plugin goes over it. So ChatGPT gets the core set.
Deleting
delete_post is marked destructive, so ChatGPT can ask you before it runs.
Only what you tick
Connect ChatGPT to Schedchie. Your assistant gets 14 tools across 20 platforms, and only the permission groups you tick at sign-in.
Approvals that hold
On Ultra, a teammate's posts wait for your approval, and your assistant can list, approve or reject them from the chat. MCP is included in the €9.99 plan, with no per-account fees.

More about Schedchie in ChatGPT

Why does ChatGPT get fewer tools than Claude?

ChatGPT shows no tools at all when a plugin's tool descriptions go over its budget. Schedchie gives ChatGPT a core set of 14: accounts, posts, retries, media from a link, two analytics reads and approvals.

On which ChatGPT plans can the plugin schedule posts?

OpenAI’s help center gives custom MCP servers full use, including write actions such as scheduling, on Business and Enterprise/Edu, and read and fetch only on Pro. In a workspace, admins and owners publish a plugin for everyone.

Do I need developer mode?

No. The Plugins flow needs no developer mode, only the I understand and want to continue acknowledgement for each custom server.

Is the MCP connection billed on top of the plan?

No. It is included on every plan and in the 14-day free trial. Pro is €9.99 a month, flat. Posting to X is paid in X credits, as in the web app.

Are there limits?

Each connection can make up to 120 tool calls a minute. On Pro it gets 300 tool calls an hour, plus 30 session opens that make no call; on Ultra four times that, 1,200 calls and 120 opens.

Can I schedule posts to all 20 platforms from ChatGPT?

Yes: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Google Business Profile, Discord, Slack, WordPress, Dev.to, Hashnode, Ghost, Pixelfed, Listmonk and X (posting to X is paid in X credits, from €4.99). The connection has 14 tools, and approval rules hold as in the web app. Scheduling through the ChatGPT plugin needs ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu.

14 days on your own accounts, then €9.99 a month
