Setting up Grok

Add Schedchie as a custom connector at grok.com/connectors and sign in in your browser. Grok then schedules your posts from the chat.

Connectors are available to all Grok users. On Business and Enterprise a team admin (Team Read-Write permission) adds the connector in the xAI console before members connect at grok.com/connectors.

Using it
Grok uses a connected connector on its own when a question relates to it; there is no toggle.
Reachability
Grok connects to servers on the public internet. Schedchie is one.
xAI API
The remote MCP tool takes server_url, server_label and an authorization token, over Streamable HTTP or SSE. A connection token fits there.

Video from your phone
Your assistant can hand you an upload link for a video up to 200 MB and 15 minutes, then set your own cover on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.

Where in Grok does the Schedchie URL go?

Open grok.com/connectors, select New Connector, then Custom, and paste https://mcp.schedchie.com/mcp. Sign in to Schedchie when Grok asks.

Does a Grok Business workspace need an admin first?

Yes. On Business and Enterprise a team admin adds the connector at console.x.ai, and members then connect at grok.com/connectors. Outside a workspace, xAI makes connectors available to all Grok users.

Can I use Schedchie from the xAI API?

Yes. The remote MCP tool takes server_url and an authorization value: our URL and a connection token from Dashboard, AI assistants. The token carries the posting, media and analytics tools.

Is the MCP connection billed on top of the plan?

No. It is included on every plan and in the 14-day free trial. Pro is €9.99 a month, flat. Posting to X is paid in X credits, as in the web app.

Are there limits?

Each connection can make up to 120 tool calls a minute. On Pro it gets 300 tool calls an hour, plus 30 session opens that make no call; on Ultra four times that, 1,200 calls and 120 opens.

Can I schedule posts to all 20 platforms from Grok?

Yes: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Google Business Profile, Discord, Slack, WordPress, Dev.to, Hashnode, Ghost, Pixelfed, Listmonk and X (posting to X is paid in X credits, from €4.99). The connection has up to 88 tools, and approval rules hold as in the web app.
