One Group per client
Each client gets a Group with its own calendar and accounts, unlimited on every plan. One Facebook login brings in every Page you manage with its linked Instagram; you pick each one's Group. Move an account later and its scheduled posts follow, no reconnect.
Clients connect their own accounts
Send a connect link. The client signs in to Facebook and adds their Pages and linked Instagram accounts to their Group: no Schedchie account, no password shared. Links last three days by default; revoke one sooner any time.
Invites scoped to Groups
Invite a VA to exactly the Groups they run. Members join free and schedule without limits; only you connect accounts, change Groups and see billing. Changes apply on their next click, and a freelancer switches agencies from one free login.
Approvals that hold
Flag a member and their posts wait for you, retries and reschedules included. Edit and save to approve, or send it back with a note; the rework is held again. You get an email when a post waits, the writer when you decide. The queue works in your phone's browser.
Client review links
Clients approve or request changes from a link, with no account and no seat. Their note lands on the post and in your inbox. Each link shows when it was last opened, and revoking it kills the URL at once. On every plan, the €7.99 Pro included.
