Claude Cowork connects to Schedchie’s MCP server at mcp.schedchie.com/mcp and gets up to 88 tools for the accounts in your workspace. Schedchie is a flat-price social media scheduler for 20 platforms: Pro is €9.99 a month, with MCP included.

  • The server URL goes into Claude Cowork; the sign-in happens on the Schedchie screen in your browser. No token to paste.
  • At sign-in you tick which of the six permission groups it gets. Unticked tools do not exist on that connection.

Setting up Claude Cowork

Connect Schedchie to your Claude account once. Then give Cowork the whole job: draft the week, get an upload link for the video, schedule each post and report back.

Requirements

Plans
Cowork is on paid plans: every paid plan in the desktop app; on web and mobile Pro, Max, Ultra, Team (beta) and Enterprise once an owner turns it on. On Team and Enterprise an Owner adds the custom connector.

    In the message box, select Cowork in the bottom left and describe the week of posts. With the new Claude experience there is no Cowork option: describe the task in any conversation, and approve Schedchie tools when Cowork asks.

Same MCP server, permission groups and approvals as the Schedchie web app.

Same connector
Custom connectors work on Claude, Cowork and Claude Desktop, so Cowork uses the one on your Claude account; there is no separate setup.
Permissions
Cowork asks for approval before tools a connector leaves unmarked, and Schedchie marks every tool it has. On Team and Enterprise an owner also sets how write-capable connector tools are approved, under Organization settings, Cowork.

Cloud sessions call Schedchie from Anthropic’s cloud.

On Ultra, a teammate's posts wait for your approval, and your assistant can list, approve or reject them from the chat. MCP is included in the €9.99 plan, with no per-account fees.

Do I add Schedchie again for Cowork?

No. Add the custom connector once on claude.ai; Cowork uses it.

Can Cowork post a video I have on my phone?

It can hand you an upload link for a video up to 200 MB and 15 minutes. Open it on the phone, upload, and Cowork schedules the post with it.

Will Cowork ask before it schedules?

It asks you to approve Schedchie tools in a task. On Team and Enterprise an owner’s setting for write-capable connector tools, such as scheduling a post, decides how that approval works.

Is the MCP connection billed on top of the plan?

No. It is included on every plan and in the 14-day free trial. Pro is €9.99 a month, flat. Posting to X is paid in X credits, as in the web app.

Are there limits?

Each connection can make up to 120 tool calls a minute. On Pro it gets 300 tool calls an hour, plus 30 session opens that make no call; on Ultra four times that, 1,200 calls and 120 opens.
