Schedchie is the cheapest unlimited Vista Social alternative: €7.99 a month flat for unlimited accounts and posts, against Vista Social's $99 a month for 15 profiles. Start free trial.

This guide prices Vista Social against seven apps like Vista Social at the two footprints most switchers arrive with, 5 profiles and 10 profiles: Schedchie, SocialPilot, Buffer, Metricool, Later, Pallyy and Radaar, with Hootsuite as the reference point at the top of the market. Vista Social and SocialPilot were read on their own pricing pages on October 1, the per-channel Buffer rate the same day, and every other figure carries the date it was verified in our pricing index.

Vista Social pricing: the plan ladder on the page today

Vista Social sells four tiers. Each one bundles a fixed number of social profiles and a fixed number of users, and the yearly toggle takes 20% off in exchange for a year paid up front. The plan cards on vistasocial.com/pricing render their prices in the browser; the comparison grid underneath states them in plain text, and those are the figures below.

Prices verified on October 1, 2026 on vistasocial.com/pricing, in US dollars as the page displayed them. Extra profiles and extra users are listed as "Customizable" on every tier, with no price on the page. Schedchie bills in euro and offers no annual tier, so the yearly column is twelve monthly payments.

Three things stand out. The entry tier is the 15-profile tier: there is no smaller, cheaper plan, so 3 profiles and 15 profiles both cost $99 a month. The yearly figure is a commitment of $950 on day one, about $79 a month spread over twelve.

Schedchie prices the same work at €7.99 a month, flat — unlimited accounts and unlimited posts. No profile count, no tier to outgrow, no year paid in advance.

Is Vista Social too expensive?

For most small accounts, yes, and the reason is structural. Vista Social's cheapest plan is sized for an agency: 15 profiles and 2 users. A business with five profiles pays for fifteen. Run the bill against €95.88 a year.

  • Five profiles. Professional is $99 a month, $1,188 over a year on monthly billing, or $950 paid yearly. Schedchie is €7.99 a month, €95.88 over the same twelve months. Roughly twelve times the bill on monthly billing and ten times on yearly.
  • Ten profiles. Still Professional, still the same bill, and still the same bill on Schedchie. The gap does not narrow, because neither price moved.
  • Sixteen profiles. Professional stops at 15, so the next tier is Advanced at $199 a month or $1,910 a year. Sixteen profiles on Schedchie are €7.99 a month, and so are sixty.
  • Posting to X. Vista Social sells X as a $29 monthly add-on on every tier, which turns $99 into $128. Schedchie sells X posting as a €4.99 add-on per 30 posts.

The shape matters more than any single row. Vista Social's bill is a staircase at 15, 30 and 70 profiles, with a separate step for X beside it. Schedchie's is a horizontal line.

What 5 and 10 profiles cost across Vista Social alternatives

Switchers rarely arrive with fifteen profiles. They arrive with five, or ten, and want to know what the same footprint costs elsewhere. Here is the wider cast at both.

Vista Social and SocialPilot read on their official pricing pages on October 1, 2026; Buffer's $5 per channel billed yearly read the same day, its monthly rate from the index. Later read on later.com/pricing on 22 September. Metricool, Pallyy, Radaar and Hootsuite come from the pricing index, verified 13 September on each official pricing page. Currency as each vendor displays it; no conversion applied. The full 25-vendor census is in the social media scheduler pricing index.

Read the table by column. At five profiles every rival undercuts Vista Social, and Schedchie undercuts every rival. At ten profiles Radaar, Buffer, Metricool, Later and SocialPilot have all moved up a step, Vista Social has not moved because it was already charging for fifteen, and Schedchie is still €7.99.

That is the superlative in plain numbers. Schedchie is the cheapest unlimited social media scheduler: the only plan in the index that caps neither accounts nor posts. Radaar Standard ($9.99) is flat on posts but caps profiles at 6; Pallyy Pro ($25) caps a social set at 11 accounts. Everything else meters at least one axis, and Vista Social meters profiles and users, with X priced on top.

Profiles, users and the add-on line

Vista Social charges along three lines at once. Most buyers only price the first.

Profiles. 15 on Professional, 30 on Advanced, 70 on Scale. An Instagram account, a Facebook page, a LinkedIn page, a TikTok account, a YouTube channel and a Pinterest account is six profiles, which leaves nine unused on a $99 plan. On Schedchie the profile count is not an input to the price. The sixteenth costs nothing, and so does the hundredth.

Users. Two on Professional, three on Advanced, four on Scale. Extra users are listed as customizable with no price on the page. The tier that includes four people is Scale, at $449 a month or $4,310 a year. Four people on Schedchie is the owner plus three invited members on the €24.99 Team plan, €299.88 over twelve months, with unlimited accounts underneath.

Add-ons. X costs $29 a month on any Vista Social tier. Schedchie's X add-on is €4.99 per 30 posts, the lowest X fee in our index. Everything else in a Schedchie plan is in the €7.99.

Put the three lines together for a two-person shop with ten profiles that posts to X: $128 a month on Vista Social. The same shop on Schedchie is the Pro plan plus the X add-on, with a second person added through the Team plan when they need their own login.

The best Vista Social alternatives in 2026

1. Schedchie: €7.99 flat, no profile cap, no seat ladder

Schedchie is €7.99 a month, flat — unlimited accounts and unlimited posts, on twelve platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Google Business Profile and X. Posting to X is a €4.99 add-on per 30 posts. The price is the same at 5 profiles, 10 and 16, which is the point where Vista Social asks for $199. The calendar schedules on dates with a per-account preview before anything publishes. CSV bulk import takes a month of rows in one upload and hands back a fix-me error file for any row that needs correcting. In-app analytics cover the platforms listed on the analytics page, and Google Business Profile takes What's New, Event and Offer posts to your locations. The Team plan is €24.99 a month for account groups, post approvals and client review links. The MCP server is live at mcp.schedchie.com with 70 tools, so you can schedule from ChatGPT or Claude if you want to; it is opt-in, and the MCP page covers the connection. Fourteen-day free trial, then €7.99. Cancel anytime — no questions asked.

2. SocialPilot: $30 for seven accounts and one seat

SocialPilot Essentials is $30 a month, or $25.50 billed annually, for 7 accounts and 1 user, read on socialpilot.co/plans on October 1. Standard is $50, or $42.50 billed annually, for 15 accounts and 3 users, and the ladder runs on to Premium and Ultimate. Extra accounts are $4 a month each. At five profiles it is under a third of Vista Social's price and nearly four times Schedchie's. First cap you hit: the single seat, then the eighth account. Our SocialPilot alternatives guide prices every rung.

3. Buffer: priced per channel

Buffer Essentials is $5 per channel a month billed yearly and $6 on monthly billing, so the bill is five or six times your channel count. Team doubles the per-channel rate. The free plan is 3 channels and 10 scheduled posts per channel. First cap you hit: the price, since every profile is another line on the invoice. The Schedchie vs Buffer page runs the channel math.

4. Metricool: priced per brand

Metricool Starter is €20 a month on monthly billing for up to 5 brands, €16 billed annually, and the 10-brand tier is €37 monthly. X accounts cost $10 a month each on top. The free plan is 1 brand and 20 posts a month. First cap you hit: the brand tier at 5, 10 and 15. See Schedchie vs Metricool for both price shapes side by side.

5. Later: social sets with a post meter

Later Starter is $18.75 a month billed yearly for one social set of 8 profiles and 30 posts per profile per month. Growth doubles that for 16 profiles and 180 posts per profile. Unlimited posting starts at Scale, $82.50 billed yearly. Later dropped its free plan earlier in the year. First cap you hit: the 30-post meter, which a daily posting habit meets exactly. Our Later alternatives guide works it through, and Schedchie vs Later compares the plans.

6. Pallyy: flat inside one social set

Pallyy Pro is $25 a month for one social set of up to 11 accounts with unlimited posts, so it holds the same price at 5 and 10 profiles and adds $10 per extra set from the twelfth account. The free plan is one social set, 15 posts a month, images only. First cap you hit: the eleven-account ceiling. That is about three times Schedchie's monthly bill, with a ceiling.

7. Radaar: a low entry price and the earliest ceiling

Radaar Standard is $9.99 a month with unlimited posts and 6 profiles. Five profiles fit; ten move you to Professional at $29.99 for 12 profiles. Basic caps you at 3 profiles and 90 posts a month. First cap you hit: the seventh profile.

8. Hootsuite: the top of the market

Hootsuite Standard is $99 per user a month billed annually for 10 accounts; Professional doubles the seat price for unlimited accounts. Two users on Standard is $198 a month, double Vista Social's Professional for fewer profiles, which makes it the ceiling of this list. The Schedchie vs Hootsuite page and our affordable Hootsuite alternatives ranking carry the per-seat math.

Apps like Vista Social for agencies and teams

Vista Social's tiers are built around agency headcount: 2, 3 and 4 users. That is the part of the bill agencies feel first, because each extra account manager moves the plan up a tier.

Schedchie's Team plan keeps the flat shape for teams. €24.99 a month covers the owner plus three invited members, and the invited members need no paid plan of their own. Account groups split accounts by client or brand, each with its own calendar, and an invite can be scoped to specific groups so a freelancer sees one client and not the rest. Post approvals hold a member's post until the owner approves it, and approval cannot be skipped by rescheduling. Client review links let the end client open a week of posts, approve it or request changes, with no account and no login.

Price the four-person agency both ways. Vista Social's four-user tier is Scale: $449 a month, $4,310 a year paid up front, for 70 profiles. Schedchie Team is €24.99 a month, €299.88 over twelve months, for unlimited profiles. The seventy-first client profile changes the first bill and not the second. Our agency scheduler ranking and the agency pricing breakdown run the same test across more tools.

Switching from Vista Social without losing a month

Price is why people move. The calendar is where they live afterwards, so the switch has to carry a month of planned posts across intact.

Export, then import as CSV. Put the next four weeks of posts into a spreadsheet with a date, a time and the text, plus media filenames where a post carries images or video. Schedchie's CSV import takes the whole file in one upload. Rows that fail validation come back as a fix-me error file you correct and upload again, so one bad date does not sink the batch.

Connect the accounts once. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram and Google Business Profile connect from the dashboard, and X joins with the €4.99 add-on. There is no profile count to stay under, so connect every account you run, including the ones you post to twice a month.

Group by client. On the Team plan, each client or brand becomes an account group with its own calendar. Invite the people who work on each group and send the client a review link for the first week.

Run both for the trial. Schedchie's free trial is 14 days on the full plan. Keep Vista Social on monthly billing until the first two weeks have published, then cancel the plan you no longer need. The Instagram scheduler page lists formats and limits per platform before you start.

Bring an assistant if you want one. The MCP server at mcp.schedchie.com lets you draft and schedule from ChatGPT or Claude, upload media and read the queue. It is opt-in; the dashboard works the same without it. Our MCP servers comparison covers how the connection works.

Apps like Vista Social: four checks before you switch

Count the meters. Vista Social meters profiles, users and X. Buffer meters channels, Metricool brands, Later posts and social sets, SocialPilot accounts and seats. The number of meters tells you how the bill behaves when the work grows.

Name the first cap you hit. On Vista Social Professional it is the third user or the sixteenth profile. On Radaar Standard it is the seventh profile, on Pallyy the twelfth account, on Later Starter the thirty-first post of the month on any profile.

Price your real footprint, not the headline. A five-profile business on Vista Social pays for fifteen. A ten-profile business on Buffer pays for ten channels at $6 each. The figure that matters is what your accounts cost, which is why the table above prices 5 and 10 profiles instead of entry tiers. The cheapest social media schedulers guide runs the same test across the market.

Read the billing toggle. Vista Social's $950 is a year taken up front; $99 is the monthly price. Buffer's $5, Later's $18.75 and Hootsuite's $99 are also annual rates. Schedchie has one price, €7.99 a month, and no annual commitment to compare.

Run the four checks and one plan holds its price at every footprint. The alternatives overview keeps the comparison current, and the FAQ answers plan questions that come up mid-switch.
