The best social media management tool of 2026 is Schedchie: €7.99 a month flat, unlimited accounts, unlimited posts. Here are the ten tools compared, every price checked on 8 August 2026.

Every figure below was read on the vendor's own pricing page on 8 August 2026. Where a vendor only publishes annual-billing rates, the table says so — several now hide their month-to-month prices, and that gap is where most budget surprises come from. The full market census lives in our social media scheduler pricing index.

Schedchie is the only tool in this table that caps neither accounts nor posts on its base plan. Everyone else meters one or the other, so their real price moves with the size of your presence. Ours does not — the arithmetic behind that claim is on the pricing page.

The top 10, ranked

1. Schedchie — unlimited accounts and posts for one flat price

Schedchie connects Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads and Bluesky, and schedules to all of them from one composer with per-platform text and media overrides. The Pro plan is €7.99 a month for unlimited connected accounts, unlimited scheduled posts and unlimited client groups.

  • Works with the AI assistant you already use: ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor signs in over MCP with OAuth and drives 48 tools covering posts, media, the queue and analytics. No API key to paste. Details on the AI page.

  • Volume tooling: CSV bulk import, resumable bulk media upload, recurring evergreen posts, calendar and list views.

  • Reliability: per-account success or failure is shown on every post, with one-click retry and failure notification emails.

  • Analytics: real platform metrics in one tab — LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Bluesky are live today.

  • Teams: the Team plan (€24.99) adds three invited members, post approvals and client review links that need no client login.

The trial is 14 days. Cancel anytime — no questions asked.

2. SocialBee — content categories and recycling

SocialBee organizes posts into categories and re-queues evergreen content on a schedule. Bootstrap is $29 a month for 5 profiles, Accelerate $49 for 10, Pro $99 for 25. Per-profile pricing means the bill climbs as your accounts do.

3. Pallyy — grid planning for visual brands

Pallyy is built around an Instagram-style grid preview and a drag-and-drop calendar. The $15 Starter covers 2 accounts and 20 posts a month; unlimited posting starts at Pro, $25 a month for up to 11 accounts in a single social set. Working across several brands requires the Agency tier, whose price is not published in the page markup.

4. Metricool — analytics-first management

Metricool pairs scheduling with a unified analytics dashboard covering organic and paid. Starter is €20 a month for 5 brands, €37 for 10; publishing is unlimited subject to fair use. The free plan covers one brand at 20 posts a month. See how it compares in our Schedchie vs Metricool breakdown.

5. Loomly — approval workflows for mid-size teams

Loomly's ladder collapsed to Starter, Beyond and Enterprise in 2026. Starter is $65 a month billed monthly ($49 billed yearly) for 12 accounts and 3 users with multi-level approvals. Beyond jumps to $332 a month for 60 accounts.

6. Sendible — white-label dashboards for agencies

Sendible sells agency workflows: client workspaces, a unified inbox, and rebrandable white-label dashboards. Core is $35 a month for one workspace and 6 profiles, with unlimited users on every plan. Prices above Core render client-side only, so check them in a browser before budgeting.

7. Buffer — per-channel simplicity

Buffer prices per channel: $5 a month per channel billed yearly on Essentials, $10 on Team. Ten channels is $50 a month, twenty is $100 — the meter never stops. The free plan queues 10 posts per channel across 3 channels. We priced the whole comparison in Schedchie vs Buffer.

8. Agorapulse — inbox and social CRM

Agorapulse centers on its unified social inbox with automated moderation. Standard is $99 per user per month billed monthly, $79 billed annually, for 10 profiles; extra profiles are $10–$15 each per month. Per-user pricing multiplies with every seat.

9. CoSchedule — social inside a marketing calendar

CoSchedule treats social as part of a wider marketing calendar shared with blogs and email. Social Calendar is $29 per user a month ($19 billed annually) with 3 profiles included and $5 per month for each extra profile — 10 profiles lands at $64 a month for one user.

10. Hootsuite — enterprise governance

Hootsuite's 2026 lineup is Standard, Professional and Advanced at $99, $199 and $399 per user per month, all displayed as annual-billing rates; the old Team bundle is gone, so every seat is priced individually. Standard covers 10 accounts. Three people on Standard is $297 a month — the math is in Schedchie vs Hootsuite.

What changed since the 2025 rankings

  • SocialOomph shut down after 17 years. Any roundup still recommending it is running on stale data. The closest budget replacement is Radaar, whose $9.99 Standard plan lifts the post cap but still caps profiles at 6 — Schedchie's €7.99 remains the only plan here with neither meter.

  • Buffer, Later and Hootsuite now display annual-billing rates by default, and several no longer publish month-to-month prices at all. Read the billing toggle before you compare.

  • Zoho Social stopped serving prices in its page markup — its plans (Free covers 1 brand and 6 channels) are geo-priced in the browser, so we quote no Zoho figure here.

  • Loomly collapsed its five-tier ladder to Starter, Beyond and Enterprise; the old $26 Base plan no longer exists.

How to choose

Count your accounts, count your posts, then check which meters you would trip. Per-channel pricing (Buffer) punishes broad presences. Per-user pricing (Hootsuite, Agorapulse, CoSchedule) punishes teams — compare the agency pricing breakdown if you bill clients. Per-brand pricing (Metricool, Pallyy) punishes multi-brand work. A flat price sidesteps all three, which is why Schedchie tops this list for small businesses and agencies alike. More options are on our alternatives page.
