Plans, trial, and cancellation

One price, billed monthly, with nothing metered underneath it. No per-channel fee, no per-seat fee, no post cap, no feature held back for a higher tier.

What each plan includes

Invited members join free and never occupy a paid subscription of their own — the seat count is the limit, not a per-person price. Details in team members and approvals.

• Billing is monthly. There is no annual commitment to sign.
• Prices are in euros, and VAT is handled at checkout according to where you are.

The 14-day trial

The trial runs 14 days on Pro and on Team, and it is the whole product — connect real accounts, schedule real posts, invite real people. Trial access and paid access are the same access; nothing is switched off to make you upgrade.

• One trial per account. Once it has been used, the plan pages offer the paid plans directly.
• The trial converts to the plan you started it on when the 14 days end.
• Cancel anytime — no questions asked.

Managing your subscription

Go to Dashboard → Settings and press Manage billing. That opens the billing portal, where your subscription and payment details live. Changing plan and updating payment details both happen there.

Cancelling

Cancellation is self-serve, in the same billing portal: Dashboard → Settings → Manage billing. No retention call, no form to justify it, no questions asked.

• Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on day 3 does not cost you the other 27.
• Your scheduled posts stay scheduled and keep publishing until that date.
• Coming back later is a new subscription, and your Groups and connected accounts are where you left them.

If a payment needs attention

When a renewal does not go through, the app takes you to the billing portal so you can sort it, and posts waiting in the queue are held rather than published against a lapsed subscription. Once the payment goes through, every post still ahead of you is restored automatically to its original time.

Posts whose time passed in the meantime need rescheduling — they do not move forward on their own.

The one thing that costs extra

Publishing to X (Twitter) is an add-on: €4.99 for 30 posts, valid 30 days. X charges tools for API access per use, so it is priced separately rather than folded into everyone's €7.99. Every other platform is included in the plan.

Things there is no charge for

• Connecting another account, on any platform.
• Scheduling more posts.
• Another client Group.
• Inviting a team member, up to your plan's seat count.
• A client approving posts through a review link — clients need no account and no seat.
